The basic composition of the kit includes 4 solar panels, a MultiPlus 48V 2000VA inverter, a Victron SmartSolar regulator, a Pylontech US5000 lithium battery, a Cerbo-GX, solar cables to connect the panels to the inverter, and the panel mounting system is available as an option. (The mounting system as well as the wiring and protections are customizable to meet your needs).

The Victron MultiPlus is an all-in-one multifunction device combining a powerful pure sine wave inverter, an adaptive battery charger, and an ultra-fast AC transfer switch. Designed for solar installations with storage, it optimizes self-consumption and ensures smart energy management.
With the PowerControl feature, the MultiPlus automatically adapts to the power limits of a shore connection, generator, or grid. PowerAssist can even temporarily supplement power shortages using battery energy.

The MultiPlus is the perfect solution for efficient, stable, and connected solar self-consumption, whether grid-tied or off-grid. Ideal for off-grid homes, remote sites, RVs, and boats.
Lead-acid GEL batteries (gel electrolyte) are ideal for daily discharge of 50% of their capacity, ensuring optimum performance. For example, if your fleet has a capacity of 4.8kWh, it's advisable to consume no more than 2.4kWh per day to comply with the manufacturer's recommendations. You can, however, allow for a slight margin, as these batteries can withstand faster discharges over shorter periods.
Lithium batteries, on the other hand, offer additional advantages: they can be discharged much faster than lead-acid batteries, and allow you to use up to 90% of their capacity. So you can count on greater flexibility of use with lithium batteries.
To determine the capacity of your battery, simply multiply its capacity (Ah) by its voltage (V). For example, 4 x 100Ah 12V batteries connected in series will give a voltage of 48V and a total capacity of 4.8kWh.
